Proprietor

Naughty10inch is the owner of this establishment. Naughty's job is to keep the place running and to help people have as much fun as possible.

Senior Management

These are the people who help Naughty keep the room, the staff and the site running. They are trusted members of the staff who have the power to hire and fire all positions (though Naughty maintains the right to veto). The behavioral guidelines for Senior Management are the same as for Managers. They are to be respected the same as Naughty, as he has given them a lot of responsibility. All Members of Senior Management are equal in Seniority.

The members of this special staff are:

The Madame

The madame is directly responsible for the ladies and maintaining their needs and disciplining them if it is necessary. She will be first in line to go to with a problem or concern. She has the authority to clarify rules and make operational decisions about the room. This job can be thankless and difficult, so please make sure you show her the proper respect and treat her right!!

Head Manager

The Head Manager is responsible for the management in the same way that the Madame is responsible for the ladies. He is also able to make operational decisions about the workings of the room and clarify rules. Respect him and make his job easy!

Webmaster/mistress

The webmistress is responsible for maintaining the quality of the website's appearance and for reminding Naughty and other managers to let her know when new people are hired so that the site can remain up to date. You can aslo go to her with your issues as she is Senior Managment. This is a very important job since our website is our public face, so y'all treat her nice!!

Naughty Activities Director

The Naughty Activities Director is responsible for scheduling special events and theme nights. The NAD is also responsible for keeping room and staff morale up. Also, the NAD is responsible for naming a Lady and a Manager of the week. This is an important job because it helps stir things up and keep the room interesting. Please send them any activity requests, and be sure to send comments on the ladies and managers to help the NAD choose.

Managers

Managers report directly to the Head Manager, and also to Naughty and any member of Senior Management.

A manager can be identified by his/her italic, bold, largest size type face in the color of their choosing, and if you want you can add that you are a Naughty’s manager to your screen-name.

Managers are expected to perform several functions:

1. A manager is allowed to interview and hire the working girls, DJ’s, and bartenders with final approval being given by Naughty or a member of Senior Management. All new hires may work from the point that that manager hires them with the understanding that their hiring is contingent upon final approval. A manager cannot fire any member of the staff, only Naughty and the members of Senior Management can do that, however if a staff member or lady is causing a severe disruption, they may be disciplined using the same method that we would use for anyone else: 3 warnings and then a bounce and/or temporal ban not to exceed 48 hours . Please report any disciplinary action against a staff member or lady.

Though a manager is not allowed to hire anyone for management, they are allowed to supervise Manager Trainees. Supervision lasts two shifts (about 4-6 hours total time), and upon completion a supervising manager should drop a brief pm to Naughty or a member of Senior Management which includes strengths and weaknesses–please be frank but fair.

2. A manager is expected to be polite at all times. It doesn’t matter that someone has called your mother a dirty, slutty tramp. If a manager is rude then disciplinary action will be taken.

3. A manager is expected to keep order in the room. Enforce the rules, especially the ones that detract from the normal order of the room: cam requests, posting, use of Brothel colors and overt sex acts. Issue the first warning in pm if possible, but use discretion–if something needs to be nipped in the bud, nip it politely. All other rules are pretty flexible, just use good judgement. Typically, a manager gives 3 warnings and then a temporal ban, effected by bouncing them. If necessary, a ban will be enstated. There are extenuating circumstances in which the warnings can be skipped. If someone is causing a major disruption or being completely disrespectful, then get them out. They are not there to chat, they are there to disturb the room. Again, use your judgement and if in doubt then warn first.

4. A manager is responsible for running lists. A list is the way we allow our guests to compete for 30 minutes of time with one of our ladies. You can either identify the ladies who want to work by their pink font or look at the list on the website to see who is there that works for Naughty’s. PM the lady to make sure she is working, begin all uninvited PM’s to our ladies (or anyone for that matter) by saying "Hi, it’s XXXX, and I’m a manager here. . ." unless you know the person and are sure that they wouldn’t mind. (Note: If you do PM anyone in the room without permission, please limit it to "business". If you just want to chat, please ask permission like everybody else.)

5. A manager is expected to have fun, joke, cut up, flirt (within the bounds of good taste) and help keep the atmosphere in the room light and fun. A manager is also expected to greet people on the way in. Please don’t bring drama, and please help to defuse drama before it begins.

Duties of Assistant Managers are the same as full managers, save that they are not permitted to hire.

Security

Security is responsible for maintaining order in the room, and is a stepping stone into management. Members of our security staff report to the manager on duty and should be doing the rule enforcement. I cannot emphasize the importance of being polite enough. Rudeness will not be tolerated. Typically, if someone is disrupting the room, security will give three warnings. If possible, the first will be in PM, but use your discretion. If, after three warnings, the individual(s) is still being disruptive, a temporal ban may be imposed using a bounce, not to exceed 48 hours. (Note: when PMing a person you don’t know or don’t know well, please identify yourself: "Hi, I’m XXXX and I’m security at Naughty’s . . ." Any uninvited PM’s are to be related to business. If you want to chat, please ask permission like everybody else.)

Ladies

Our ladies have two jobs. The first is to flirt with the customers and help everyone to have a great time. The second job is to take men upstairs and entertain the men in their personal room–a naughty play area filled with whatever they need to satisfy every customer.

Room Hostess

The Room Hostess is a manager level position and operates under the auspices of the Naughty Activities Director. She greets, flirts, helps plan events, and basically helps us all to have fun.

Bartenders

Bartending is for fun. Just be friendly, greet those who come in and periodically ask who would like drinks and keep up with what people would like. If you want to really impress the guests, then have a site with drink recipes open and make drinks by ingredients.

The DJ is responsible for room music. This person can really set the tone of the room. Choose music that is fun...mix it up and be creative. Don’t just play top 40, but don’t get super strange either. Periodically broadcast the following (or something close to it): "Everybody put your ears on, we’re broadcasting on WNATY, your Naughty’s radio station."
